The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you will not be charged. If you are charged for a Pro subscription and you have not used the Pro features, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of that charge by writing to info@jogjoy.run.
Renewal charges are not refundable once the new billing period has started, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase and have not used the Pro features, we will refund it in full. After that, the plan runs until the end of the year and is not prorated.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
To request a refund, write to info@jogjoy.run with the email address on your account and the date of the charge.
